Ian slung you over his shoulder and bid the captain farewell. He turned and eyed you as Ian took you to his cabin. You saw him looking at you and decided to be sassy again, sticking your tongue out at him like a child would. He simply smirked and shook his head. The other crew members eyed you as Ian carried you.
"What are you looking at!" you called out, already becoming irritated with your situation. Ian chuckled.
"Look out lads! We have a feisty little fox on our hands!" He said as he passed some more crew members. They all stared at you, like you were some new species or something.
'You'd think they've never seen a girl before.' you thought to yourself. Ian opened a door to a hallway with another door at the end of it. He opened this one and stepped inside.
"Welcome aboard lass." he said and dropped you on the floor.
"Ow!" you said rubbing your butt. "Thanks for being so careful. That was totally un called for
.jerk." you said, feeling slightly annoyed that he had dropped you on the floor. You got up and glared at him.
"Ha ha, don' worry lass. Ye have plenty of cushion there to soften yer fall." He said with a smirk. You crossed your arms.
"Excuse me?" You said, trying to sound threatening. He laughed. You turned around, too insulted to look at him.
"Well I'll be seeing ye lass." He said. You then felt a sharp pain on your rear end. You spun around to see Ian fleeing to the door.
"Why you little!" You chased after him but he closed the door before you got there. You heard the door lock from the outside.
"Hey!" you yelled and pounded a fist on the door "Your going to pay for that!" you yelled at him. He just laughed and left you alone in the captains cabin.
"Jerk." you muttered to yourself. You huffed and turned around. You hadn't really looked at your surroundings much since you 'dropped in'. It was pretty impressive. Spacious with a big window in the middle of the room. A desk in front of it. A big bed to the left wall, covered in red and black sheets. To the right were book shelves with a red couch sitting in front of it.
"Hmmm. Guy certainly knows how to decorate." you said to yourself. You made your way over to the desk.
"Well! If I'm stuck in here then I get snooping rights!" you said as you looked at the contents on the desk. Maps strewn all over it. Certain places on the maps were circled in red. You picked them up and inspected them. You saw one map that had the southern part of the United State on it as well as Cuba, Jamaica and other little islands.
"Hmmm, they forgot the Florida keys." you said. You saw a quill next to a bottle of ink. You picked it up and added the Florida keys to the map. You went on a cruse ship there once. It was nice. You put the quill back, putting your hands on your hips and looked at your handy work. You nodded in approval, blowing a bit on the ink so it would dry faster. You went back to snooping, er, exploring. You felt the ship lurch, causing you to fall. "What the!" you got up and looked out the big window. "Why is the town getting farther away
.oh crap!"
You ran to the door and jiggled the knob
'Duh! Its locked!' you tried pulling on it and pulling on it. You pounded your fists on the door as hard as you could.
"Let me out!" you yelled to no one in particular. "Let me out! Let me out! Let! Me! Out!!" You stopped after a while.
'This isn't working'. You sighed and let your hands slide off the door. You looked out the window again. The ship was leaving quickly. Probably because of the uproar you caused. You walked over to the book shelves that you had seen earlier.
"This guy sure likes to read." you said. You looked through the collections. Pretty impressive you had to admit. One in particular caught your eye, it was at the very top displayed all by itself.
"A Bible?" you asked looking at it some more, standing with your hands inside your sweatshirt pockets. Suddenly the door behind you unlocked and opened. You didn't turn around though. You figured it was the green eyed captain from before.
"What reason does a pirate have owning a Bible?" you asked, still looking at the book.
"What reason does a girl have wearing trousers?" he replied haughtily.
'Ok, I'll play your little game pal/' you thought.
"The same reason a man has-" you said, turning your head to look at him, a smile on your face
"-to wear them."
He chuckled and walked toward his desk, your eyes following him. You weren't sure if you trusted him so you didn't want to let yourself be vulnerable. He looked at his desk, noticing his maps had been messed with since he had been there last.
"Nosy little thing, aren't you?" he asked looking over at you. His eyes seemed very piercing. You gave him a shy smile, like a child would when caught stealing a cookie. He chuckled and sat down at his desk. He motioned for you to sit in the chair in front of his desk. You skipped over and plopped down in the chair, resting your elbows on his desk, resting your chin on your entwined fingers. You looked at him with an innocent smile.
"Hi." you said with a giggle.
'Is she toying with me?' the captain thought. 'Most people would be terrified or be begging for their lives. But this girl is acting as if it were a joke!'
He leaned back in his chair, observing you a bit. You really didn't like being stared at, it made you feel uncomfortable, it always did.
"Would you mind not staring at me." you said. He just smiled at you
'She'll be fun to have around' he thought.
"So. You're the one who warned everyone of our presence and ruined our plans." he said, looking you up and down.
"Yeah. What's it to ya?" you asked, leaning back in your own chair. He chuckled a bit.
"My, my you are a feisty one aren't you?" He said giving you a weird look. At least, you thought it was weird. You just gave him a crooked smile and threw your legs over the side of the chair, sitting sideways in it.
"You know, stowaways are severely punished on my ship." he said giving you another smirk. You looked at him.
"Well, I'm glad I'm not a stowaway then." you retorted.
"But you snuck aboard my ship. Therefore making you a stowaway." he said leaning forward. You put your hands behind your head.
"I was secretly forcefully brought onto your ship. So technically I'm not a stowaway. I mean seriously. Why would I want to be on your ship." you looked at him "no offense" you added. He rested his hands under his chin.
"Are you saying there is something wrong with my ship, love?" he asked you. You put your arms down and sat upright in the chair. "No. I'm not saying there's anything wrong with your ship. All I'm saying is that I wouldn't have wanted to be on it in the first place." you answered back.
"So why are you on my ship?" he asked, getting more curious about you. You shrugged your shoulders.
"I don't know. Like I said, I was accidentally brought aboard." He smiled a cocky smile at you and also sat upright in his chair.
"So how did you know we were pirate, love?" he asked.
"Well it was pretty obvious. You may as well of had a big ol' sign out front that said 'Pirate ship! Acquire within!'" You said, making hand gestures to emphasize the sign. He smirked at you again and laughed.
"Feisty and witty." he said, leaning in close "I like that."
"I'll bet you do." you said looking at him dully. He stood up, you did the same. You didn't trust this guy. You weren't sure why. Then again he's a pirate so what other reason do you need? He then walked toward you.
"So, how shall I punish my little rat?" he said as he began to circle you.
"Walk the plank? Forty strokes? Keelhaul?" You decided you didn't like any of those options.
"I've got an idea!" you said "How about you don't and say we did. Yeah, I like that idea. You should go with that one." You said smiling sarcastically at him. He stopped in front of you, putting his thumb and index finger on his chin.
"No, your right" You mentally breathed a sigh of relief. "None of those seem fitting for you anyways." he said, smirking and began circling you again. You really didn't care for him circling you.
"What are you? Part Vulture?" you said. He chuckled.
"Oh, I am going to have to find the right punishment for you now. After all
" he stopped behind you and said in your ear "you cost us dearly." That statement made you shiver a bit But not enough for him to notice.
"What are you taking about?" you asked, curious about what he was talking about. He sighed.
"Well. We were going to capture someone very important there..." he said, still circling you.
"But thanks to you and your little warning, the person fled. And now I don't know where he is. He is probably sailing far past us as we speak." He said, sounding a little angry. You laughed. You laughed hysterically. He looked at you with a puzzled look on his face. 'What's wrong with this girl?' he thought. He grabbed your shoulder and turned you to face him.
"What is so funny, love?" he asked. You stopped laughing just enough to answer him.
"I-I guess I should tell you ." you leaned up close to his face.
"I'm not the one who ratted you out." you said with a sly grin. He crossed his arms.
"Your lying to me." he said, looking into your (e/c) eyes.
"Nope! Not lying. I've got better things to do." You stood up straight.
"It was actually the girl I was with who yelled 'Pirate'." You laughed some more.
"Ya know, if you think about it. I've been wasting your time this whole time." He looked down at you. You expected him no be angry and start yelling, but no.
"Then why did my crew think that it was you who ratted on us?" he asked, still looking into your eyes, as if to catch you lying.
"I just took the blame for her." you stood there smiling triumphantly at him.
"Why?' he asked. You shrugged.
"Because I knew I could handle it better then she could." It was true. Another smirk graced his features.
"Oh, so you think you can handle it, do you love?" He asked. You put your hands on your hips and looked up at him, right in the eyes.
"I can handle this, you and whatever else you've got." you said confidently. He put a finger under his chin.
"Hmmm." he said, you cocked an eyebrow.
"What?" you asked. He flashed you an evil smile
'Yes I'm sure she'd be perfect for that' he thought.
"How would you like to be my personal servant?" he asked, as if you would even be tempted by that offer.
"I wouldn't like that actually." you said crossing your arms. He frowned, looking a little disappointed at your refusal.
"Well as your captain I command you to." He said firmly, walking over to his desk. You just looked at him like 'are you kidding?'
"You ain't my captain! What makes you think that yo my captain?" you said, trying to set him off, and clearly succeeding. He stopped and looked at you like you were crazy.
"Pardon?" he asked, clearly thrown off my your speech.
"You heard me! What, you think that ya'll can just come all up in my business and start telling me what to do? You ain't my captain!" you said, you sounded oh so ghetto. And you loved that. He just looked at you quizzically
'what have I gotten myself into' he thought to himself.
"I am. Now I order you to-" you cut him off.
"You can't just go ordering me around like dat. Like you own me or something. Psh, as if!" you said, giving him some attitude and turning your head the other way.
'This girl is mad! Keep it together old boy' he thought as he witnessed your little act, not exactly sure of what to make of it, or you. He walked over and took your chin in his hand making you look at him again.
"Are you always this difficult?" he asked. You changed your demeanor again to sweet and innocent.
"Only on Tuesdays." you said shrugging your shoulders. He chuckled and let go of your face.
'Mad, but adorable.' he thought to himself as he cleared his throat.
"So, do you have a name love? Or should I just call you Little Red Ridding Hood?" He asked, clearly drawing attention to the fact that you were much smaller then him and still had your red hood on. You looked up at him.
"(name), (first name, last name)." You extended your hand. He smiled at you.
"Beautiful name. How fitting. I'm Arthur, Arthur Kirkland." he said taking your hand into his gloved one, shaking it gently.
"Or should I call you the big bad wolf?" you said returning his cocky attitude with a crooked grin. He laughed.
"Oh you are a witty one aren't you." he said "Although, you'll find I can be much more dangerous then a wolf when provoked." he gave you a grin, showing off his fangs. You backed up a bit.
"I'll take your word for it." you said turning around and looking at the rest of the room. Arthur chuckled and walked over to the window, looking out of it.
"You don't trust me. Do you miss (last name)?" he said. You were surprised by that question. It was very direct. But still
"Give me one good reason why I should." you stated. He turned his head slightly, sighed then took off his hat, placing it on his desk. Running his hand through his hair, he sat down again. You were getting tired of being in this room. You had enough.
"Well then, guess I'll be leaving now." You quickly walked over to the door. You turned the knob. 'Locked. Great.' You jiggled it some more until you heard a laugh from behind you.
"Looking for this, love?" You turned around and saw Arthur with a key dangling from his finger. He smirked, you glared. You held out your hand.
"Give me the key." you demanded. He laughed again
"And if I don't? Your in no position to give me orders, love." He said, you crossed your arms.
"Look. Either you give me that key or I'm taking it from you." you stated. He smiled at you.
"My, but you are a determined one aren't you? I like a girl who knows what she wants." he said with a wink. You frowned at him.
"I don't care. Now give me that key!" You tried grabbing it out of his hand but he held it high above your head. He looked down at you and smirked. You looked up at him and gave him the stink eye.
"Alright, very funny." You jumped up to grab it but he held it higher. He laughed at your attempts. 'Cute' he thought.
"No miss (last name). I'm afraid I can't allow you to leave yet." he said walking back to his desk.
"For crying out loud, call me (first name)." you demanded. He sat down and looked at you.
"Alright, (name). I'm afraid you can't leave until I find a proper job for you." He said.
"Wait. Job? I thought before you said punishment." You looked at him quizzically.
"Well, do as I ask and your job wont feel like a punishment." he smirked. You crossed your arms as if to say 'Touch me and die'. He knew what you were thinking.
"Look (name). I give you my word, neither I nor any of my crew shall do any harm to you." He said in a sincere tone.
"A pirate who is kind and virtuous? How unusual." you said. He smiled at you and sat back down in his seat.
"You know, I wasn't always a pirate. Truth be told my mother raised me to be a gentlemen and to respect women." He said, hoping this would make you trust him
"But your still a pirate." you said in a sing song voice.
"Trust me, love. If I was a real, cold blooded pirate either your life or virtue would be in danger by now." You felt uneasy by his last statement.
"Lucky me then," was all you could say.
Then again, my boobs would have crushed him...And yes,OH THOSE SILLY PIRATES AND THEIR SILLY ANTICS...
